On March 13, students at Vienna Modul University in Austria participated in master classes focusing on the preparation of pilaf, a cherished dish in Azerbaijani cuisine. This event was organized by the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan in collaboration with Vienna Modul University.

As part of the program, Rasim Najafov, head chef of Azerbaijan's pioneering five-star hotel chain, "Qafqaz Hotels & Resorts," shared his expertise with students, providing insights and practical knowledge on various types of pilaf, including the renowned "Shah Plov," which holds a special place in our national cuisine. The initiative aimed to showcase the richness of Azerbaijani culinary heritage, offering extensive information, practical training sessions, and opportunities for idea exchange with the students.

This program allowed students from Vienna Modul University, a leading hub for tourism education in Austria, to gain comprehensive knowledge about Azerbaijani pilafs and familiarize themselves with our national dishes, which serve as a testament to our country's cultural richness.
